Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated model API URL

SSRF in Bytedesk 1.3.0 through 1.3.9 allows remote authenticated users to make the server request arbitrary hosts. The SpringAIOpenrouterRestService.getModels method appends /models to the unvalidated apiUrl parameter and passes the result to RestTemplate.exchange. Low-privileged network access to the models endpoint is sufficient, exposing internal services and cloud metadata through server-originated requests.
