Application crash via IMA ADPCM frame-count overflow

Integer overflow in libsndfile 1.2.2 IMA ADPCM handling allows attackers to crash applications that process a crafted WAV or W64 file. The WAV/W64 reader and write-close paths multiply attacker-controlled 32-bit samples-per-block and block-count values before assigning the result to the 64-bit sf.frames field. The demonstrated consequence is abnormal termination; out-of-bounds access depends on how the calling application uses the corrupted frame count.
