BGP service interruption via unchecked length subtraction

Integer underflow in GoBGP before 4.4.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt the BGP service with a crafted BGP UPDATE message. BGPUpdate.DecodeFromBytes subtracts an encoded route or path-attribute length from a smaller uint16 section length without checking the boundary, wrapping the counter and consuming data beyond the declared section. Reachability requires the GoBGP process to accept the crafted UPDATE from a network BGP peer; the result is a routing-service interruption without a grounded confidentiality or integrity effect.
