Kernel compromise via unauthorized WinIO commands

Improper access control in MSI NBFoundation Service 2.0.2506.1201 and earlier allows local users to read and write physical memory. The MSI_SERVICE_2 named pipe accepts a predictable handshake and routes IO commands to WinIO memory and port operations without caller authorization. A low-privileged Windows account is sufficient to alter kernel memory or I/O ports, providing a kernel-level code-execution primitive.
