Sensitive data disclosure via unbound dataScope interpolation

SQL injection in qihang-wms 4.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database records through the dataScope parameter. SysDeptMapper.xml inserts ${param.dataScope} directly into a MyBatis SQL statement instead of binding it as a prepared parameter. Network access is sufficient and no authentication or user interaction is required; exposed records include users' personally identifiable information.
