Stored script execution via unfiltered Title update
Published Mar 8, 2026 · Updated Mar 8, 2026
Stored XSS in YiFang CMS 2.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser through a crafted Title value. The update function in app/db/admin/D_singlePage.php stores the Title field directly in the database without filtering, and the single-page list later renders it as active content. Low-privileged application access is required to submit the value, and exploitation requires another user to open the affected list, enabling attacker-controlled script execution in that user's browser.
