Authenticated user creation via missing administrative-role check

Improper authorization in SourceCodester Pet Grooming Management Software 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to create standard user accounts. The add_user.php handler processes account-creation requests without verifying that the authenticated session has an administrative role. Any normal user can submit the form and create additional standard accounts, but the disclosed method cannot create administrator accounts.
