Remote service interruption via unbounded media reads

Resource exhaustion in vLLM 0.17.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service through an oversized media response. AsyncMediaIO.fetch_audio and AsyncMediaIO.fetch_image pass user-supplied URLs to aiohttp, then read each complete response into memory without a size limit. Reachability requires a multimodal request path and control of a referenced media URL; a sufficiently large response exhausts server memory and interrupts inference.
