Unauthenticated service crashes via unbound xApp identity

Improper access control in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to misroute xApp responses and crash RIC components. valid_xapp_id() accepts a payload xapp_id based only on its numeric range instead of binding it to the sender's SCTP association. Reachability requires unauthenticated SCTP access to iApp port 36422; resulting tree-state inconsistencies can crash the victim xApp, near-RT RIC, or iApp.
