Unauthenticated iApp crash via xapp_id truncation

Integer truncation in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash the iApp through repeated xApp setup requests. The iApp increments a wider xapp_id counter into a narrower E42 setup-response field, allowing wrapped IDs to collide with existing registry keys. No authentication or user interaction is required; after roughly 65,530 valid SCTP requests to port 36422, the uniqueness assertion aborts iApp and interrupts xApp registration.
