Remote process crash via failed PER decoding

Reachable assertion in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash the near-RT RIC or iApp via malformed SCTP input. The e2ap_create_pdu() decode helper asserts that ASN.1 PER decoding returns RC_OK, converting a decode failure before protocol validation into SIGABRT. Unauthenticated SCTP access to ports 36421 or 36422 is sufficient; the flaw terminates the targeted service without reported data disclosure or modification.
