Remote process crash via oversized SCTP message

Reachable assertion in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash E2AP endpoint processes with an oversized SCTP message. e2ap_recv_sctp_msg() receives untrusted data into a fixed 32 KB buffer and asserts that the returned length is smaller than that buffer before E2AP decoding. No authentication or valid E2AP PDU is required; affected debug builds abort, while release builds expose incorrect length handling and a potential out-of-bounds read.
