Unauthenticated service crash via unconditional handler assertion

Reachable assertion in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash the near-RT RIC with a crafted E2AP PDU. The whitelist accepts unimplemented E2AP message types and dispatches them to stub handlers in src/ric/msg_handler_ric.c that call assert(0), terminating the process with SIGABRT. Network access to SCTP port 36421 is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is interruption of the near-RT RIC service.
