Remote iApp crash via duplicate node registration

Reachable assertion in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash the iApp via duplicate E2 setup requests. The add_reg_e2_node() function in src/lib/msg_hand/reg_e2_nodes.c passes a repeated GlobalE2node_ID to assert() instead of rejecting the duplicate. No authentication is required; two SCTP setup messages with the same node identity abort the iApp process and interrupt its service.
