Remote RIC crash via premature SCTP disconnect

Reachable assertion in EURECOM FlexRIC 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash the near-RT RIC through an early SCTP disconnect. The notification_handle_ric() cleanup path removes an association from the E2-node map without confirming that E2 setup created the mapping, so map extraction asserts on a missing key. Completing an SCTP handshake on port 36421 and disconnecting before any E2AP message terminates the process and interrupts connected E2 nodes and xApps.
