CVE-2026-3693Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated profile disclosure and modification via user_id

Published Mar 8, 2026 · Updated Mar 8, 2026

IDOR in AgentChat 2.0 through 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify arbitrary user profiles via the User Endpoint. The get_user_info and update_user_info handlers accept a caller-controlled user_id and pass it to user-service operations without checking authorization. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to profile information reads and avatar or description changes.
