Player crash via zero-sized MP4 atom

NULL pointer dereference in MPC-BE before commit 4341cb3 allows attackers to crash the player with a crafted MP4 file. The embedded Bento4 atom factory accepts a zero-sized MP4 atom, leaving sample-size storage null before AP4_AtomSampleTable::GetSample() reads it. The file must be opened or dragged into the Windows player, after which the invalid read terminates media playback.
