Service interruption via unbounded picName formatting

Buffer overflow in Tenda W15E 15.11.0.10 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted HTTP request. The formDelwebAuthPic handler passes the unbounded picName value to sprintf while constructing a JPEG path in a fixed destination buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required; an overlong picName can crash the process or destabilize the device.
