Command injection in Ryuzaki Shinji Biome MCP Server 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands through MCP tools. The biome-lint and biome-format handlers concatenate paths and configPath into command strings passed to child_process.exec, allowing shell metacharacters to create additional commands. Access to invoke either MCP tool is required, and injected commands run with the operating-system privileges of the server process.
