Unauthenticated service crash via unbounded list1 copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda FH451 1.0.0.9 allows remote attackers to crash its HTTP service via a crafted request. The fromDhcpListClient CGI handler retrieves the list1 parameter with websGetVar and copies it with unbounded strcpy into acStack_221 + 1. The path requires no privileges or user interaction, and the disclosed consequence is limited to a process crash or device instability.
