HTTP service crash via unbounded GO parameter formatting

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda US_W3V1.0BR 1.0.0.3 allows remote attackers to crash httpd or reboot the device via a crafted HTTP request. The ask_to_reboot function passes the user-controlled GO parameter to unbounded sprintf formatting into a fixed-size stack buffer. An unauthenticated request reaches the vulnerable path when bVar1 is nonzero, and the confirmed consequence is limited to availability loss.
