Arbitrary SQL execution via concatenated table parameter

SQL injection in OpenSIPS Control Panel before 9.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through alias management. In alias_management.php, the table GET parameter is concatenated into a query without sanitization, and PDO executes it before a later template crash. Access to the alias_management tool is required; time-based payloads can extract database contents even when errors and result rows remain hidden.
