Authentication bypass in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management 7.0.3, 7.1.0, and 7.2.0 allows remote attackers to access the application. Jazz Foundation accepts an unauthenticated operation that updates server property files; IBM has not disclosed the request handler or validation failure. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants unauthorized application access.
