Unauthenticated account takeover via unbound Firebase session

Authentication bypass in OTP Login With Phone Number, OTP Verification 1.8.50 through 1.8.60 allows remote attackers to take over accounts. The lwp_ajax_register handler accepts a request-supplied phone number after idehweb_lwp_activate_through_firebase validates a Firebase session without comparing Firebase's phoneNumber value. Exploitation requires Firebase authentication and a victim account with a stored phone number, and successful requests can create an authenticated session for that account.
