Unauthenticated order manipulation via unverified webhook

Missing authorization in STRABL – A checkout solution 4.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to manipulate WooCommerce orders via a REST webhook. The /wp-json/strabl/webhook/order route assigns __return_true as its permission callback and performs no secret, signature, HMAC, or token validation. Any network client can submit paid statuses or external order identifiers to create fraudulent completed orders, alter orders, create customer accounts, issue refunds, cancel orders, or apply chargeback fees.
