Local code execution via unsafe command resolution

OS command injection in Lymphatus Caesium Image Compressor through commit 02da2c6 allows local users to execute arbitrary code after compression. The shutdownMachine and putMachineToSleep functions pass fixed command names to system(), which invokes a shell and resolves executables from the process environment. A local user who controls that environment can place a malicious executable earlier in PATH; choosing shutdown or sleep after compression runs it with the application's privileges.
