Out-of-bounds read in Delta Electronics COMMGR2 2.11.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service via message 517. COMMGR2 accepts a specially crafted protocol message 517 and reads beyond the message buffer instead of validating its length. No authentication or user interaction is required; the documented consequence is a service crash, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
