Authenticated PHP code execution via decoded sitecopyright

Code injection in PbootCMS 3.2.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through the site configuration interface. The decode_string() routine applies stripcslashes() and htmlspecialchars_decode() to the sitecopyright value, restoring encoded PHP before direct template output. Administrative access is required, and execution occurs when a frontend page renders the affected template tag after the cache is cleared.
