SQL injection in SourceCodester Engineers Online Portal 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute database queries via new_password. The update_password.php password-change handler accepts SQL syntax in the new_password value, altering the database query executed by the application. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests can read, alter, or delete application database data.
