Database compromise via unsanitized subjcode query interpolation
Published Apr 10, 2026 · Updated Apr 10, 2026
SQL injection in itsourcecode Online Student Enrollment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database data via the subjcode parameter. The assignInstructorSubjects.php handler concatenates the unvalidated subjcode value directly into an SQL query instead of parameterizing it. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled SQL in the application database context.
