Authenticated secret deletion via glob policy bypass

Authorization bypass in HashiCorp Vault editions allows remote authenticated users to delete unauthorized KVv2 secrets through glob policies. Separate KVv2 metadata and data request flows accept noncanonical client paths, letting a glob policy authorize metadata deletion outside the token's intended path. A token must already access a KVv2 path through a glob policy; deletion remains within its namespace and exposes no secret data.
