RTSP denial of service via Digest failures

Denial of service in MERCURY MIPC252W 1.0.5 Build 230306 allows attackers to block RTSP clients via invalid Digest requests. The RTSP service processes repeated failed Digest authentication parameters into a persistent authentication failure state instead of recovering for later requests. Access to the RTSP service without credentials is sufficient, and legitimate clients remain unable to authenticate or obtain camera streams.
