Arbitrary file read via unrestricted CSV path
Published Mar 10, 2026 · Updated Mar 10, 2026
Path traversal in StellarWP The Events Calendar 6.15.17 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. ajax_create_import persists the user-controlled aggregator[csv][file] path, and realpath canonicalizes it without restricting it to an approved directory before SplFileObject opens it. Author-level access to the Event Aggregator import workflow is required; readable configuration files and other server data are exposed.
