Timing side channel in wolfSSL before 5.9.0 allows local users to infer cryptographic data on RISC-V RV32I systems without the M extension. The SP math code relies on compiler-supplied __muldi3 for 64-bit multiplication, whose runtime varies with operand values. Exploitation requires an RV32I build without hardware multiplication and repeated local timing observations; the disclosed impact is limited to inference of sensitive cryptographic data.
