Unauthenticated local file disclosure via scheme bypass

Server-side request forgery in Xtreeme Sagl Planyo Online Reservation System 3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read local files. The directly accessible ulap.php proxy's send_http_post() validates an attacker-controlled URL host but not its scheme, then passes file URLs to cURL or fopen(). No WordPress session is required; a localhost host value bypasses the allowlist and returns files readable by the web server.
