Authenticated root code execution via stack overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in VIVOTEK FD8136 firmware 0300a allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as root. The export_language.cgi handler uses an attacker-controlled Content-Length as the fread() size for a fixed 0x60-byte stack buffer. Valid credentials and access to the administrative CGI endpoint are required; exploitation overwrites the saved link register and grants root-level control of the camera.
