Reply redirection via mutable username resolution

Authorization bypass in OpenClaw before 2026.3.22 allows remote authenticated users to redirect Synology Chat webhook replies. The Synology Chat webhook handler resolves a reply recipient through a mutable username or nickname match instead of retaining the stable numeric user_id recorded by the webhook event. Changing a matching username allows a low-privileged user to redirect a webhook-triggered reply to an unintended account, exposing reply contents and altering delivery.
