Process interruption via immediate SIGKILL

Improper process termination in OpenClaw before 2026.3.24 allows local users to interrupt background processes through the !stop command. The handler in src/auto-reply/reply/bash-command.ts imports killProcessTree from src/agents/shell-utils.ts, which sends SIGKILL immediately instead of first allowing SIGTERM cleanup. Low-privileged local access to the chat command is required; forced termination can corrupt in-progress writes, leak resources, and skip security-sensitive cleanup.
