CVE-2026-35624Network attack vector

Protected-room access via colliding room names

Published Apr 9, 2026 · Updated Apr 9, 2026

Incorrect authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.3.22 allows remote authenticated users to access protected Nextcloud Talk rooms. The Nextcloud Talk inbound authorization path resolves configured rooms by mutable display name rather than the webhook's stable room token. A Nextcloud account able to use a similarly named room can cross the room allowlist boundary and trigger processing under policy intended for the protected room.
