Arbitrary file read via post-normalization traversal check

Path traversal in FileTools in PraisonAI before 4.5.113 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary host files via crafted paths. The _validate_path() method normalizes an attacker-supplied path before looking for '..', so normalization removes the traversal marker before validation. Exploitation requires control of a FileTools path, and successful reads are limited to files accessible to the PraisonAI process.
