Authenticated label metadata disclosure via ungrouped SQL predicates

Incorrect authorization in Vikunja before 2.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-project label metadata via the API. The hasAccessToLabel query combines OR and AND predicates without explicit grouping, so SQL precedence leaves the label identifier constraint bound only to the project-access branch. Any account can enumerate sequential label IDs, but disclosure is limited to labels attached to at least one task and exposes titles, descriptions, colors, and creator details.
