Memory corruption via mismatched TIFF tile components

Heap-based buffer overflow in libvips 8.18.1 and earlier allows local users to corrupt memory through a crafted tiled TIFF image. In rtiff_decompress_jpeg_run, tiffload sizes each JPEG tile scanline from TIFF photometric metadata without verifying that it matches the decoder output component count; the JPEG2000 path likewise accepted more decoded components than the output image has bands. A low-privileged local user must cause the host to process an untrusted TIFF containing a JPEG or JPEG2000 tile, with consequences bounded to memory corruption in the vulnerable process.
