CVE-2026-35588Public exploit

Monitoring-data redirection via unvalidated CQL identifiers

Published Apr 20, 2026 · Updated Apr 20, 2026

CQL injection in the Cassandra exporter in Nicolargo Glances before 4.5.4 allows local users to redirect monitoring data. The module inserts keyspace, table, and replication_factor configuration values into CREATE and INSERT statements without validating them as safe CQL identifiers. Exploitation requires write access to glances.conf and an enabled Cassandra export, enabling monitoring-data disclosure and loss.
