HTTPS credential interception via authorization option mismatch

Incorrect authorization in pyLoad before 0.5.0b3.dev97 allows remote authenticated users to replace HTTPS certificate and key paths. set_config_value() compares actual ssl_certfile and ssl_keyfile inputs against mismatched admin-only names and omits ssl_certchain, then writes the supplied paths. A non-admin SETTINGS account, enabled SSL, attacker-controlled files, and a server restart are required; the active key enables HTTPS interception and credential theft.
