Authenticated blind SSRF via preflight HEAD request

SSRF in Incus before 7.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to make the daemon send blind HEAD requests to arbitrary destinations. The imgPostURLInfo function builds and sends the request from the supplied image-source URL before restricted.images.servers policy validation. Access to a restricted project is required; the request exposes server version and architecture headers and can probe host-reachable internal services.
