Authentication bypass via skipped WebSocket initialization

Authentication bypass in Strawberry GraphQL before 0.312.3 allows remote attackers to access WebSocket subscriptions without authentication. The legacy graphql-ws handler processes a start message without confirming connection_init, so on_ws_connect never runs. Exposure requires an application that enables the legacy subprotocol and relies on on_ws_connect for authentication; affected integrations enable both WebSocket subprotocols by default.
