Unauthenticated YAML file disclosure via preset traversal

Path traversal in oobabooga text-generation-webui before 4.3 allows remote attackers to read server-side YAML files without authentication. The load_preset() function appends .yaml to an unvalidated Gradio Dropdown name and opens the resulting presets path without basename enforcement or filename sanitization. A crafted API request can escape the presets directory and return every parsed key-value pair from any readable YAML file, exposing credentials or other configuration data.
