Unauthenticated file disclosure via unsanitized template name

Path traversal in oobabooga text-generation-webui before 4.3 allows remote attackers to read selected server files without authentication. load_template() appends an unsanitized Gradio Dropdown name to the instruction-templates path, then reads the first matching Jinja or YAML file. A network request can escape that directory and disclose any readable .jinja, .jinja2, .yaml, or .yml file, although YAML output is limited to one parsed key.
