Authenticated SSRF via unfiltered webhook requests

SSRF in the Papra webhook system before 26.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests to arbitrary URLs. The webhook route checks only URL syntax, and webhookHttpClient passes the supplied URL directly to ofetch.raw without resolving or filtering private addresses. Any authenticated user can trigger POSTs on document events to scan internal services or reach cloud metadata endpoints; returned payloads are stored but not exposed through the UI or API.
