Account takeover via unbound email confirmation token

Improper authorization in affected Saleor releases allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts via email-change token replay. The ConfirmEmailChange mutation decoded a confirmation token and applied its new_email value without binding the token's user_id to the authenticated user. An attacker needs access to one account and its valid confirmation token plus temporary access to another account; replay rebinds the second account to an attacker-controlled email, enabling password-reset takeover.
